Hi!
I'm currently trying to lose some weight. I tried running and exercising. Problem is that my fitness is terrible because I work at a desk and I'm a smoker. Recently I found a product called Lipovon and my I lost 3 kg in the past 2 weeks and I don't have the appetite I used to have. Does anyone else have tried it and for how long. Any help will be appreciated.
Best regards

Here is an article about fitness focusing a study that 15 minutes of exercise will keep you fit and fine.

The study suggests "The Lancet study says that at least 15 minutes physical exercise daily can boost life expectancy by three years and cut death risk by 14%. "

Hi!
I'm also using Lipovon and I'm very happy with the results. I've been taking it for a month so far and I've lost 8 kilograms.

as you work at a desk and are a smoker working on your health and fitness should be your priority.

popping pills, shakes, low fat meal replacements are all gimmicks that whilst they sometimes work in the short term will not support maintenance of a long term healthy weight and body.

If running is a challenge try a different form of exercise or activity, one that you enjoy.

As a fitness professional it truly pains me when people are mislead into using "fat burner" miracle products when the companies have no concern for your health...

I wish you all the best with your weight loss but please consider your health first...the weight will take care of itself Smile

well first of all you need to stop smoking and to gain more physical fitness you need to do some yoga along with other physical exercises and for this you can join yoga classes if necessary.

Natural things once altered by medical treatments may produce harmful results,so i request you to do not ever try to affect your natural body enzymes.Inspite oftaking these fuzzy pills you can go for ayurvedic treatments they do not have any adverse effect on human body and they provide long lasting or you can say permanent results. Even running or exercising and moreover sit ups are really fast resulting steps.
