Hi,
For the past couple weeks I have been having a fishy smelling discharge with occasional small blood clots and tiny amounts of blood. I had a copper iud inserted a couple months back and this has moved into my womb. I have been for a scan but when it came to removal they couldn't find it. The doctor thinks it could have been expelled already from my body but i believe it is still in my womb. I am waiting for a second appointment to get re scanned to see where it is. I am wondering if the IUD still being inside me could be the cause of my symptoms or they are symptoms of something else?
My doctor hasn't really taken my concerns seriously so any advice is gratefully appreciated.
