fish oil
very interesting indeed....i plan on buying some tomorrow for my son. He has never been on any medications. I have stong feeling that he has oppositional defiance disorder and I hope to God this helps. I will keep you posted!

i take about 20 fish oil caps every day. Best thing you can take.

Fish oil is very healthy. There are many properties which affect the brain in very positive ways, including increased concentration, endurance, etc.

I'm sure that taking a walk outside every day would help children as well. It is not surprising that so many kids these days have a hard time concentrating. We blast kids with stimulus and expect them to stay still. Smile
