The thing with your first time is that people do not really know what they are doing. Tell him to take it slow because it will hurt alot... and then after words you will bleed. But really there is nothing to do. Since it is your first time let him know that if he does not already. And tell him you do not really know what to do he will still like it believe me. And if he cares he wont think anything bad and he will be gentle he DOES not need to be rough the first time or a few times after that. You need to adjust to it. And there may be pain for a while too. I had pain for three days after my first time. I hope I helped you a little bit. And use PROTECTION. You could get pregnant and since he is not a virgin he could possible have an STD.

Extremely eHealthy
Do yourself a favor
If you have not done this before, lock your door, put on a bright light and take a mirror an look at your vulva. It is important for you to feel comfortable with yourself before. Pull and feel every part of your genitals. If you have not done so before, masturbate to find out what feels good for you and how you like to be touched. If you did not do this first, you have no way of helping your bf to please you.

Get a bottle or tube of lubricant and make sure that you have condoms on hand. Relax and enjoy.

If you are not willing to do this or have not done this yet, you are not ready to have sex and you should wait until you are more comfortable with yourself and your own sexuality.

Probably most important for a girl is to feel comfortable with the guy while naked. Foreplay for a while. Don't worry if something goes wrong, it's normal.

agree
I'd say the same as all the people above me. Just relax and take it slow do things to help you relax like go with him for a long walk and talk about it. Not in a vulgar kind of porno way, just something along the lines of how you like to be held and touched etc. If he doesn't want to listen r even try then its probably not a good idea to shag him. I would let that one go! and read up on tantric sex as it teaches you about self exploration. You don't need to masturbate if you don't feel ready even though they insist that you do. Just touching your body and knowing what to expect s fine for now.
