First time Burst pile? Or something else? Advice please :-(

Hi I know I have piles as sometimes they itch and I can feel a lump on my anus, every now and then normally when I'm a bit constipated I get a good amount of blood but the lump disappears, I eat more fiber ect and it goes away it normally only bleeds once or twice everytime at a toilet break and then clears up. The blood is bright red so no clots ect. I always wash the area and make sure I wipe it with wet wipes ect to keep it clean. Can be up to a year between bleeds depending on my diet, it's the first time with piles and I just want to make sure it's ok? It's quite concerning seein red water and alot of blood on the toilet paper!
