I was curious to know how many people out there have yet to experience their first orgasm or when they did first experience it. I do realize that women encounter orgasms at different times in their lives. I am 17 years old I have not climaxed yet. It's a bit disappointing, but when you don't exactly know the feeling it isn't too upsetting. I have been masturbating since I was probably 15 and I have always enjoyed it but I guess not to its full potential. My boyfriend and I have recently started having sex and he has been experimenting with me to try and get me to climax but there has been no luck yet. Have tips or words of advice would be appreciated!

Can it be that you are expecting orgasms to be something different than what they actually are? It might sound stupid, but since you are not born with the knowledge of what an orgasm feels like, some women are searching for something more, and think they are not experiencing orgasms when they actually do.

Sexual arousal is the build up of muscle tension in your pelvis and hands to the point where it can become frustrating to you. This is accompanied by an increased heart rate and breathing.

An orgasm is the sudden release of this tension in a number of very pleasurable waves of muscle contractions in your genitals, accompanied by possible heat waves radiating out from your genitals (often your uterus). This is aloso normally accompanied by involuntary muscle contractions.

So arousal is the gathering of all this energy inwards, orgasm is the expulsion of this energy outwards.

When you masturbate, what do you experience? When and why do you stop?

In my opinion the very best way which always is a very intense orgasm for me, is i use a vibrator and a small hand held messager. I put the vibrator underneath my bum just slightly in my bum cheeks so it vibrates on my anal and use the hand messager on my clit and finger myself with one finger on the front wall of the vagina. I know this sounds weird or even a little too much but it gives the most intense orgasms that i know of and is worth a try. Sorry for such a detailed description.
