I'm 37 and have had this "condition" since my early teens. Like many others, I have spent many of my earlier years horrified and embarrassed - even thinking it might affectmy sterility! I've not been on a forum before, but thought I woild check it out having gotten rid of my most recent monster (about 6-7mm in diameter). I teased this out with the girlfrinds tweasers. It didnt come out at first, but after scabbing over a couple of times, it seems to have given up the fight. It came out as a hard pod of sorts and seems to have hardened over time. So it was no longer !**@!, but almost chalky in texture. My smaller cysts pop just like acne. I wouldn't bother with surgery, but be careful with sharp instruments around the scrotum. I've had a few long term girlfriends over the years and only one has ever noticed and it never really bothered her. Don't volunteer the condition unless pressed - it'll bother her if she thinks it bothers you; and maybe hold off on the oral in the early stages of the relationship. But basically after 20 years, my advice is not to worry too much about it. It seems to be common, benign and easily explained.
i to have had to deal with these "white bumps" till i hit these forums one of the other post said to take alchol excuse my typo's so take alcohol and sanatize toe nail clippers and carefully little by little make a + slitt with the toe nail clippers if you go easy enough you will not hurt ur self but there will be a very little blood but thats only from the top layer ok so after u carefully make ur slitt slowly sqeeze out the ball filled with puss mind you that if your carefull enough you can remove the entire white ball with no puss loss i swear to you this works after done clean and bandage feels great knowing they wont come back now i removed the whole ball
please help me im 14 years old im scared the only thing 'bad' ive done was masterbate...idk if its a std in a virgin i dont wanna talk to my parents about i..please reply im scared i can die from them or pass them on
I'm 50 and had them since my early twenties, sometimes they would pop if you put enough force on them but it was very painful if you tried it. They never did hurt or nothing (unless you tried popping them)but they were a little bit embarrassing. Finally went to the dermatologist last year and she said it was referred to as "scrotal calcinosis" or "scrotal cysts", apparently its not that rare but the docs said mine was one of the worst cases they've ever seen. Its embarrassing when they call the other Docs in to check out your balls for educational purposes! Anyways I had them cut out (a few each visit for a number of visits) and now I'm like new again, hell I could get me a job as a porn start if I wasn't so old and fat! LOL! If they bother you go see a dermatologist (or a urologist) depending which you you prefer).
OldWornOutNutts (funny name by the way)I was wondering if they had started to come back. Seeing as how you posted only two weeks ago I am not certain they would have reappeared by now but just thought I would ask. I have considered going to the dermatologist also. But seeing as I know all 4 of them really well it seems even more embarrassing. Though I know it shouldn't be.
After extensive research I have deduced my condition to be Fordyce's spots.
I'm 29. Have had this condition for about 9 or 10 years now. At first I thought it was just oily hair follicles. Then more and more appeared over the years that were not near the follicles. I started using medicated body powder on my nutts and that really helped after about a month. But I can't do that all the time because my fiancee now stays here about 4 days at a time. Nothing says sexy like a woman going down on you and you remembering she's going to taste baby powder! (For anyone ever caught in that situation, just tell her y'all need to take a shower together because it would be fun.
Anyway, I too have researched this extensively. I have even asked my dad about Fordyce's spots. Since he's an ophthalmologist he was only somewhat familiar with it. He said there is nothing to worry about. It is not contagious. But if they got really big all of a sudden that I should see a dermatologist immediately. Only because it may be an infection.
I even got so frustrated one time as to use some chemical peal acid on the spots that I had just cut out. After the bleeding stopped is when I applied the 2% acid solution. I did have some success with this but the area I treated came back. Do not do this method as it is very painful and probably illegal to have that solution without some sort of licence.
Apparently there are treatments. They are expensive. Most doctors advise against a surgery. A recent treatment is micro-punch excision. Basically they somehow pop the spot and remove/scrub off the tissue around where the spot was.
At the beginning of this year a report was published on micro-punch. It stated that there were great results. Better than laser treatment. But there was recurrence as early as 12 months and on average 51 months.
This technique is less expensive than the others that involve lasers. The lasers have a recurrence of about 12 months. Micro-punch does involve stitches though.
Insurance might not cover these since it is considered a cosmetic surgery.
First, don't shave your balls. Trimming up the hair and using body powder helped me. Shaving bald made everything worse.
Second, if anyone else has success stories please post. Especially if they involve long term success. This board seems to be mostly asking questions with few answers. I can only tell you what I know. I do suggest researching further to try to figure out what you might have. OldWornOutNutts please let me know the results so that I can decide definitively whether or not to go to the dermatologist.
Lastly, showering once in the morning and once before bed helped me out a lot. You'll have to do it every day before you see results in less than a month. Body powder also helped. Give those a go and see if it helps you.
i am 14 and i have had just noticed a small white spot with red skin surrounding it about a cm of my penis on my scrotum, its only like 5mm in diamiter but im worried, iam still a virgin and the only physical contact had with my penis is masturbation, please help?
I am 42 years old, and I have had these things since I was a teenager. I have never told a girl about them, and I never had a problem. I have had a couple of girls ask, and I tell them its a genetic thing that my brothers, and my father has, and that its very embarrassing to me, and then they still go out with me, they still have sex with me , and everything is good. These remedies are all probably ok, but usually I just leave mine alone, and they just go away. Mine usually Itch a lot, so I find a place to go itch my nuts, and then I go about my business. I have squeezed them, and popped them, I have done the needle thing, and I have actually cut them out with a very sharp small knife. I just cut around the whole white spot, then pull the whole poked of puss out ,then I clean the area good with hydrogen peroxide, then I keep Neosporin on them for a couple of days, 3 times a day or so. just to make sure it don't get infected. Hope this helps!!!
Guys. Guys. Guys... I'm 32 and I've had sex a lot. Everyone take it easy on your balls. None of you have anything to worry about. These are just nuts. All of the stuff that you guys are doing is normal for your age and all of your concerns are normal... but those are just your balls. They are weird, but that's how they are. If you had an STD... it would be SUPER painful and hurt when you pee, or spread ALL over you, and it would come after you had sex with a ho or a homeless chick or someone really skanky. Most of the STD stuff is just made up by conservative religious types to scare you from having sex. Wrap that up in a condom if you're going to have sex for sure... but stop worrying about your balls and focusing on them so much, and stop worrying about what your chick thinks of your balls. Girls like the D, not the balls. Likely, she'll ignore your balls, unless she's a real awesome freak, in which case she might lick or suck them... but mostly she won't care for your balls and she'll just want to stroke your penis. For the love of god, stop pretending to be a surgeon and cutting your balls. Learn to love your junk for being awesome and stop being soo picky about it. They are just balls and everyone has them.
Hello ! Mom here. I have three little boys. Ages 5, 3, and 6 months. My fiance has had these since he was a teenager. I am SO relieved to hear that it is normal. However, it makes me so upset that so many parents don't remember to talk about EVERYTHING with their sons and daughters. I am so proud of all of the 12+ kids who research. But please don't hesitate to communicate with your doctor or a trusted family member. I have always called them 'milk' bumps. Please refrain from picking at them
If they cause no pain just let them be. If they begin to change , see a doctor!
