i have lost my left hand ring finger tip in an accident.

As per doctors observation - Crush injury with oblique amputation ring finger tip.
Crush injury with loss of distal 3/4th of distal phalanx ring finger.

Treatment - Wound was debrided and exposed distal phalanx was covered with oblique v-y advancement flap from same finger.

Please let me know whether length compensation can be done after healing, flesh from other areas (arm/thighs) can be fixed with or without nail.

Regards
