7 days ago, I discovered a gap between my back molar on the bottom. This just appeared from nowhere. So I called my dentist and went in. He did not know why this happened but said we should correct it by changing out the filling in one of the teeth that had the gap. He could put the filling in such a way to close the gap.

About 4 days after, I started to experience tightness and pressure in my lower front teeth. I have since gone back to the dentist and had the filling filed down because it was too tall. I also had my mouth guard for bruxism adjusted as well. My dentist had no idea what could be causing the pain in pressure in my front teeth. I feel like they are going to pop right out of my mouth.

Could this be from the procedure itself - I seem to remember they were "leaning" a lot on my lower jaw during the procedure? Could it be from the bruxism and using the night guard without a properly adjusted filling or from the filling being too tall and throughing everything off. Will there be a period of adjustment.

Currently, I'm taking extra strength tylenol. Will this get better?
