Sexual Health - Men Answer A4225
It is not clear enough in your question if your desire for sex, ability for sex or both is decreased. If your desire for sex is decreased (frigidity) it is expected that your ability for sex (potency) will be also decreased. But you may have a normal desire for sex and not to be able to have sex (erectile dysfunction).

Stress at work and depression can cause both frigidity and psychogenic erectile dysfunction. Psychogenic erectile dysfunction is often found in men under 40. If you have morning erections your erectile dysfunction is probably psychogenic. It is very important to exclude organic reasons for erectile dysfunction: diabetes, alcohol abuse, excessive smoking, testicular failure, neurological disorders, etc.

You may want to consult a urologist about your problem.
