When I became very sensitive to people at my work place, and and felt that people were following me... Several months later, I started hear, see and feel things that people don't. I have this kind of feeling for almost 3 years.
After 9 months of my first hearing, seeing and feeling things, I went to see a doctor and I was diagnostic with schizochrenia disease. At first, I have heard about 6 voices and seen about 6 different forms of human following me everywhere. For the first 3 months, I've drove my car around the city to try to get rid of the things. At this time, I believed in some kind of supernature that someone sent them to follow me. Most of the time there was a human form following my eyesight wherever I look at. Since I known this, I've started using my eyesight to point (throw) to some kind of real sharp-pointed object with power (imagination) of my eyesight to kill the thing. I also used my imagination to fight back with them whenever they attach me, or throw them out of my body. Beside that, I incited them to fight with each other. After 9 months, I was successfully kill 3 of them. I then got a new job and began to see my doctor for the MRI test and was diagnostic with schizophrenia. I then started taking medication Abilify til now. However, I still keep fight with them by my eyesight (imagination). Six months after I first seen my doctor and continued fighting with them, another one (the strongest one) was gone. After about 1-1/2 years, there are 2 voices left over and the thing are not able to form human-like any more. For now, I rarely see them but I still hear 2 voices and feel them still around my body. I continue fighting with them while taking Abilify. I know that the thing copying any object that I looking at. I then take advantage of this to throw them to stick to other object as much as I can. I feel the thing is lesser day by day, and they are getting weeker too. I feel them and hear voices among the sticky thing, and they can attach me strong like before. I now can control myself almost 99% while taking Abilify.I feel like I have so much experience and technique fighting with the schizophrenia disease beside taking medication.
So my question is that is anyone have this experience fighting with the voices your hear, the thing you see, or the feeling you have? I still believe that I still can fight with them or throw them away because I can control their [the things] motion by my eyesight with imagination, or even retaliate the feeling (pain, itching...) to them when they attach me with those feelings. I feel them getting weaker after I fighting with them, however, if anyone experience the same like I do and what is the result? And I welcome any other advices.

RE: fighting with my schizophrenia
Medication does not effect on my case or it effect every slow... I have to fight with them all the time. There were 7 or 8 spirits (the voices hear and things I see), after for about 2 years, there are 2 spirits left over.
How can I fight with them? It is very complicated. Because the thing following my eyes sight, wherever I look there must be something there. I use my imagination to imagine a tool in a spirit hands and let the spirit fight itself. For example, I look at the spirit and I imagine the spirit holding a machine saw by 2 hands and quickly imagine the machine saw rotating to cut the spirit's chest or even cut the spirit by half. This is just 1 of million ways to fight them.
Why I can fight them like this way? The thing is, everything is imagination. I imagine anything, there have to follow my imagination. When they hurt me on my head, I look at one spirit and I imagine that the pain is on the spirit's head at the same feeling, so the one attack me have to stop. There are many ways to fight with them, until you at least find out one way to fight then you can fight with many ways you want defends on a situation. After 3 years fighting, the spirts (2 left over) around me now they don't have hands to attack me anymore, I cut them all (they don't even have head, legs or anything, there is something still stick on my body and they live on among those sticky thing). And sometimes, I imagine hands for them to throw them away into moving car's tires when I driving. I now only hear voices (2 voices) but don't see them anymore (every rarely but not in any form).
If any one with schizophrenia believe me, you can try out to start fighting with the thing (the spirits) with one simple example. Look at the spirit, then imagine its 2 hands catch and hold its 2 legs. If you can do that then you can fight with the spirit.
Have any one have any experience like this, please let me know. However, be careful when fighting with the spirits. You have to look where you go for your own safety while fighting with the things.

fighting with my schizophrenia
Hey gang, it sounds like you are all in touch with the spirit world. It really does exist.

I suggest that you investigate forms of spiritual healing. A shamanic healer just may be able to help you. Also, start practicing yoga breathing. It's a very powerful healing practice ... the one that's called "rebirthing". It heals on the spiritual level.

Here is a website that contains links to rebirthing sites:
