Fibromyalgia effect on brain ?

Could you let me know whether the area within the brain that controls emotions is particularly affected when suffering from diagoned fibromyalgea? I am already being treated for depression as part of the treatment for the above diagnosis but I don't particularly feel depressed however it is frustratinf for me as I do not feel any joy, love, excitement etc or even senses such as sight, hearing etc do not seem to register in my brain.

Please advise me if you have any thoughts/knowledge on this
