Q: Fibroid and pregnancy

i was diagnosed by a doctor that i have fibroid few months ago and was to remove it in a few weeks from now. i havent seen my period in 49 days....although i have a cycle of 30 days, which means i am 19days overdue, experience symtoms of pregnancy-like nausea,sleeping a lot & headache, yet the self pregnancy test says its negative..i'm not pregnant...what could be wrong with me???
