For a long time I had what could be described as an unhealthy digestive system. I'll try to put this in the most gentle terms I can think of...The food I ate just didn't come back out like it's supposed to and it wasn't uncomfortable so i just didn't worry about it. Usually i would have one bowel movement a week two at the most and it got slightly better when i started working out and watching what i was eating but it still only happened 2 or 3 times a week. I heard that intestinal blockage can cause your belly to protrude and my belly has been extremely reluctant to shrink though the rest of my body has lost 3 or 4 inches at least! Is it true that if I get my digestive system working properly again that my belly will finally start dropping inches? Also is it enough to just get more fiber or should i make probiotics a part of it as well?

I had the same problems you are experiencing. Fiber does help and it does take away the bloating and make you more regular. I started buying cereal with fiber (frosted mini wheats) and it has made a huge difference. My stomach feels good for the first time in years.
