1.) ok, not really sure how to phrase this but...i have to go to the bathroom a lot....not urine...i have to take a number 2 haha...the thing is... when i have to, i cant...but when i REALLY HAVE TO, i can't go to the bathroom because im in school and the bathroom are disgustiong haha. but i cant go any other time...and find myself holding in for hours. Something to help?

2.) Im sore all the time. I play sports and i ache a lot...no one else i know has this problem. recently both of my knees started to hurt, usually when im standing and also when i run or walk sometimes. Also, other bones , joints and muscles hurt a lot, i dont think my dad takes me seriously though cause i always say "My _____ hurts" or "My _____is sore"

It's important to go to the bathroom when you have to go honey. I know what you mean about the bathrooms being disgusting but you still need to go. Take a bunch of those paper tolit covers from a public bathroom and just keep them. I'm sure it would be very strange carrying them in your backpack but figure something out.

atleast your not constapatied like some people i know(rolls the eyes) You don't want to become that because it really hurts.

your aches and pains might be because you're growing. Often, your muscles, bones and joints hurt a lot when you go through a growth spurt. I remember when I grew really fast, my groin muscles and my back hurt a lot.

Hi there

I had the same reaction to our loos at work .... I can't go cos I think that people are listening for the 'ploooop plop' hahaha.... I think it's phycological thing, but if you keep it in, it will cause bowel complaints later in life ..
When you gotta go, you gotta go sweetie ... I do 'ploop' at work now, and make a joke of it if I can ...
On our Radio 1 station ( I'm in the UK ) they joke that when you are having a pooh, to say out loud '' oohhh you're amazing'' and if there is anyone listening they are to reply '' ooohhh I love ya''... hahahaha it's a natural body function, just like sneezing ... but a bit more smelly ... hahaha...

IF you've grown 7inches int he past 6 months, no wonder you're having pains ... it's natural too, once you've stopped growing, this will stop .... till you get to my age, and aches and pains are part of overdoing the housework and gym !! Wink
