Hello guys:

For some time now I have had a fever each time I either have sex or cuddle a woman, it either comes on immediately after the encounter or even days after. I have to take malaria fever drugs after each session. As if this was not troublesome enough, I have been having difficulty maintaining a hard on. In recent times I have cuddled a girl real good as I do not believe in quick intercourse but taking my time is making me not have a hard on. The last time yesterday was most embarrassing as I could not even put myself in my girl as I was just not hard enough. I was big enough but not hard. This has been happening a little too often and the fever thing is killing me as I take malaria drugs too often. I need help please as my doctors think it would burn out but this has been on for more than 8 years now. Thank you.
