Hello,
Welcome to the ehealthforum and I am really glad to help you out. Going by your symptoms, it seems that you are suffering from pre menstrual syndrome. Premenstrual syndrome is the name of a group of physical and emotional symptoms that start 7 to 14 days before your menstrual period begins.

This occurs because of the hormonal changes that occur in the body. The symptoms usually resolve within a few days after bleeding starts. You can control it by lifestyle adjustment. Drink plenty of fluids, eat frequent small meals, fresh fruits and vegetables, cut down on caffeine and eat Calcium rich foods including dairy products, dark green vegetables, nuts, grains, beans and canned salmon and sardines (with bones). Calcium supplements may also be used.

If the symptoms are worse then please consult a dermatologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
