Q: Fever and throat rash

Hello every one.I am not yet sure whether i have sinutis or not......
I had a rashness in my throat about a month ago and soon after i got a tiredness in my body followed by cough and a low grade fever which was in range of 99 - 100 F which was ongoing fever and stay for 3 weeks.Now afeter that i am having tiredness and running nose and blocked nose.And again i am started feeling tiredness even after antiboitics i had during that period.Can some one tell me what is making me sick again and again?is this because of smoking?
