Fever and swollen glands for 6 weeks...

I have been running a fever for 6 weeks it is never over 101 and I wake up in a cold sweat as it breaks every night. My glands in my throat have also been swollen for 6 weeks. My throat is sore and feels rough. When I try to sing I loose my voice very quickly. I have also had 2 UTI that have spread to my kidneys each time, a sinus infection, and upper respiratory infection. I have been on antibiotics three times and three different broad spectrum antibiotics. I am not better though. I have been off of antibiotics for three weeks yet still have swollen glands, and fever. Now I also have an ear pain in my left ear and the left side of my head hurts. Not like a headache but the skin and hair just hurt. Also my right kidney is once again hurting, and my neck is sore and stiff. So does any one have any ideas other than hypochondriac. Oh and I forgot to mention I was diagnosed withbcervical cancer at 19 and just shy of 21 I had a hysterectomy. My uterus was also malignant. My oncologist recommended a 6 week stint of chemo but because he called it precautionary I refused. I have been cancer free for 8 years.
