large red, oval rash, no blisters, no itching; covers face to feet/entire body; extreme fatigue, light diarrhea, entire body aches;flu-like aches; loss of appetite, no nausea, no vomiting; these symptoms x 4 wks

You need to seek medical advice from a physician in your area as soon as possible. Fever and rash can be signs of serious infection which requires immediate medical attention.
