Hi, I have a irregular period. Now I want to be pregnant.My USG,TSH & Prolactin test are normal. My doctor prescribed me fertyl Super.I take this 4 month. My period are regular this 4 month.But I can\'t pregnant. Now I change doctor & he prescribed me Orgamed medicin.My HSG not done yet. Please tell me the medicin fertyl super or orgamed are safe medicine for me.

Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
The first prescription included an ovulation inducer to help you have more than 1 egg mature to increase chances of pregnancy. The second prescription is of Medroxyprogesterone which is used to help you regularize your periods. If you have been having irregular periods, the underlying cause should be further evaluated to be able to help you. The chances of successful pregnancy depends on many factors. If you are not successful with your pregnancy plans, you can also consider going ahead with getting infertility work-up done for you and your partner to see if there are any underlying causes for the infertility/inability to conceive. Treatment as needed (based on examination and investigations results) would be started to help you get pregnant. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any unusual/new/abnormal symptoms immediately.
