It is, of course, impossible to offer specific, individualized medical advice over the Internet. Generally, however, if a woman has a normally functioning ovary (i.e., if she is ovulating and menstruating normally), and her fallopian tube is patent, then there is the possibility of becoming pregnant using natural methods.

Your gynecologist would, of course, be the best person to assess your current fertility status, and the best person to make recommendations about how you might best conceive a child.
