So about a moth and a half ago I found a wart looking thing in the labia majora. At first I thought it was warts and I wasn't happy about because I only had one partner on my life but I know he could have HPV from before. I went to the doctor he checked it out and said he didn't think it was warts it was just a skin tag he removed it send it in for a biopsy. The result came back everything normal. Well yesterday I found another skin tag right in front where the other one was and this one is bigger and I notice another little one growing right next to it. Now I am thinking this has to be something else and why do they keep coming back. Is there possible there are still warts?

It's possible that they are still skin tags. I get them too and they seem to be spread by scratching. I got one under my arm and it itched like crazy. I scratched there, then I sctratched on the left and right sides where my bra always rubs and irritates me. Now, I have a skin tag on both places. Just try not to touch or scratch the area. (I have not read anything that says this is how they are spread but I think it's too much of a coincidence not to be the cause.)
