My husband and I have been trying to have a baby for a few months with no success. I have read up on women's PH balance and the effects it could have on conceiving. I have orgasims in which I ejaculate a large amount of fluid and was wondering if the fluids acidity level is killing my husband sperm. does anyone know anything about this???

Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
The fluid that you ejaculate after orgasm is the ‘female ejaculation’. The presence of infective organisms affecting vaginal pH and cervical mucus is usually found out in vaginal swab/smear test or test done on vaginal discharge (not on the ejaculate that you have after orgasm). Consider going ahead with visiting your gynecologist/obstetrician soon to have a complete infertility check done for you and your partner to rule out any underlying problems. Drink plenty of water. Avoid caffeinated and carbonated beverages. Take foods rich in zinc to have better maturation of egg and sperm. If any abnormality is detected (based on examination and investigation results), appropriate treatment would be started to help you get pregnant.
Take care.

Many women eavily lubricate while having or preparing to have intercourse. Does this mean "ejaculation?" How can she tell she's ejaculating?

Extremely eHealthy
hi, u can google female ejaculation, on porn sites u can see. there is some disagreement especially when a woman expels large amounts such as 2 cups as that is also the size of the bladder.
not all women claim to probably because many get to that point and stop due to possible embarrassment. as u say many women heavily lubricate under the right conditions
