One goes over the penis (male), the other goes inside the vagina (female).

Thanks
Okay, so the Condom for the Male keeps Sperm out of the Vagina, so does that mean the Female Condom is supposed to help get Sperm in the Vagina more easily or what?

No. Both condoms have the same function--to keep the sperm out of the vagina. For the female condom, it's inserted inside and when the man ejaculates, it holds the semen in the condom, just like in a male condom. Most people prefer the male version because they are easier to use.
