Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
The discharge that you experienced could be the old blood. If you are pregnant (and if it is confirmed) consider visiting your doctor/gynecologist for further evaluation to ascertain fetal wellbeing and smooth continuation of pregnancy. Get serial HCG levels tested. Doubling up of hormonal levels within 48-72 hours will suggest smooth continuation of pregnancy. An ultrasound scan done would help to rule out chances of any retroplacental bleeding or subchorionic bleeding (as a result of the fall).
Take care.
