Q: Feet tingling during exercise

In the last month I've started exercising on our Gazelle doing 2 to 2.5 miles six days a week. After a week or so I started noticing my feet would start to tingle after about 10-15 minutes and would go away a few minutes after I stopped. I've never had this happen before. I'm relatively healthy aside from marginal hyperlipidemia and being overweight. My blood work was just checked in the last couple of months and I have no diabetes. Any ideas?

I have the same problem!
Does anyone have any ideas? I have this same thing happen to me on an elliptical. I am not overweight and in pretty good shape. But my feet start to burn and then get numb after about 10 minutes on the elliptical -- starting at the ball of my foot and spreading to my toes and the rest of my foot. I stops at my heel. It takes less than a minute for my feet to feel normal again when I get off. My feet used to go numb when I was running also.
