Q: Feet numb in morning

Hello,

i'm 25, female, and over the past 8 months I wake up with my feet numb, everyday, they loosen up a couple of minutes later.
I thought it was something related to my back but my chiropractor said I had a injury on my left foot that he immediately treated. But it didn't work.. I'm afraid that it could be MS or diabetes.

I've always did sports but even when I don't do anything, I always wake up with numb feet. Should I be worried? I don't know anyone in my family with MS.

Please help, I'm so worried.

Thank you,
Alexandra

If it is only your feet it could be a several things....best advice I can provide would be to make an appointment with a neurologist due to numbness.

That's where I would start.

Best wishes,

Zig
