My feet cramp up nearly every night when I go to bed. they get so bad I have to get up and walk around till their better again, been happening a few months now..

im a diabetes sometime i can turn my feet one way and get cramps in my feet,and stand up for awhile and it goes away.

Foot cramps & numbness
Have been getting foot cramps like this for several years. I, too walk around until cramps are gone. No diabetes, excellent lab results, lots of exercise. In addition to cramps, toes are gradually becoming numb. Circulation is good but it's as if nerves are dying. No pain, but very disturbing. MD referred me to neurologist. No spine problems. Still no diagnosis. Any ideas?
