i have had a bad cold for several days. My cough has little mucus and sometimes i cough so hard my throat closes. What is most worrisome is that i have had chest pains ans feel like ice water is running through my veins i currently have a hot water bottle to ease the pain in my chest. I am only 25 years old and have suffered from low iron all my life. Can you explain what is happening with my chest?
