So I don't really know where to begin. Hm.
From time to time I hear a shaking, like an earthquake. It's usually before or after sleeping, mostly apparent when I'm being lazy and napping despite the fact that I've had more than enough sleep. Sometimes it's coupled with sleep paralysis, with me only being able to move my fingers. It *sounds* like an earthquake (I don't know if I can really use the word sound since it's all in my head), and often my head feels strange and muddled, and there's pressure on my ears. Sometimes there's a bit of ringing, as well.
It was a lot worse a few years ago when I had pretty bad insomnia. Every time I couldn't fall asleep, I'd hear/feel it which would make sleep even more difficult.
It's nothing serious or lifestyle inhibiting, but I'm really just curious as to what it is. Just a delusion, perhaps?
I'd like any and all input, thanks!
