my girlfriend is feeling sever pain in her lower back just above her butt cheek.having a hard time walking,she can pee just fine.she can squat but not bend and touch her toes.and we have no health insurance :(

Hello and welcome to E health forum.

The location of the pain and the severity could either be due to a back sprain or due to a kidney stone.

She might have to see a doctor for a proper diagnosis and investigations including CT scan might be helpful.

In the mean time, adequate bed rest, ice packs and analgesic creams application to the affected area might be helpful.
