Hi,
About 1 Month ago, i has an Allergic Reaction. it was unknown what caused it. One day, during the reaction, i couldn't breather properly, so went to hospital, and was given Phernergan, which worked. i was then sent home. Ever since, I have been experiencing many symptoms, including Dizziness, Chest Pain (Right side only), Abdomen Pain, and sometimes get small breathing problems. I went to hospital, had an ECG and Chest X-Ray, all returning normal. I went to a specialist, was told it's Anxiety, and was given Xyled (similar to Zoloft) and all of these symptoms subsided, except the small breathing problems. The breathing problems are that i feel like when i take a deep breath, my lungs are not filling up completely. it scares me because i feel like i could suffocate or stop breathing. Today, I had an allergy test, which returned allergic to Cockroach droppings. So far, i have only been taking the Xyled for 2 days.

Are the breathing problmes from Anxiety, or something else?
Could i stop breathing or suffocate?
How can I prevent coming near cockroach droppings (My bedroom room is carpet)?
Will taking out the carpet help?
