Q: Feeling of bowel movement

everytime a go to leave the house a feel like my bowels need to move so i have to go straight home but nothing happens but when am at home i feel fine but my bowels dont move,this has bein happining for about 3weeks now and before that i had sickness and diarriah, can someone please tell me what might be rong
