Feeling nauseaus when eating

hello doctors, first i would like to thank you for this amazing web site, and for having me as a member

my condition started 3 days ago, i had diarrhea, nausious and felt like vomiting.. this stayed with me for 2 days with pain all over my body and headache, until finally i went to a very busy doctor who gave me some medicen, now i feel better

Myy problem is that i still feel that if i ate too much im gonna throw up and i really dont know what to eat, plus the diarrhea comes and goes with gases in my abdomen.. i feel very hungry and im afraid of throwing up! please help!!
