Q: Feeling nauseated , can i be pregnant ?

I have been feeling nauseated for the past few days. At times I throw up and at times I don't. I took a $1 dollar store pregnancy test and it came back NEGATIVE. Are those things accurate? How long does it take for u to know u are pregnant? What should I do?
