I haven't had a period since october I have an IUD inserted my boyfriend & I have unprotected sex. Every now and then he would strike my IUD, and cause it to bleed. I have been feeling movement in my lower belly for a couple of weeks, I've gained a little weight, my breast are getting bigger & I have heartburn all the time could I be pregnant?

Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
Bleeding with intercourse, feeling movement, gaining weight, bigger breasts, heartburn could be suggestive of pregnancy. Look out for other symptoms suggestive of early pregnancy. Pregnancies with the IUD still in place have high chances to be ectopic. Do not delay your visit to a gynecologist/obstetrician to confirm pregnancy and locate the site of pregnancy. If it is ectopic, you will need to have proper intervention to prevent rupture and life threatening complications.
Take care.
