Hi a few days ago I started feeling lighted headed and my legs/knees felt weak. Also for almost two months now I've been having these neck twitches? Like I'm going to have a spasm. I've been having trouble sitting in class comfortably or going out in public. This happened suddenly the day after I turned in my college applications. I'm not sure what's going on right now. I just feel light headed since 2 days ago and my eyes feel like they're being pulled back and having small headaches. Also i was outside in the cold for about 40inutes and felt a cold coming on so i took nyquil. Why am i feeling like this?? I'm really worried please help.

Hello and welcome to e health forum.

Your symptoms could be mostly due to stress related.

Taking a few days of rest with adequate sleep, will help to resolve them.

In case your symptoms are causing too much of distress, you may consult with your doctor for a examination and proper advice.

In the mean time, taking medications like benadryl, might help to control the muscle spasms.

I hope this helps.
