Hi jasfiz and welcome to ehealth: First and foremost you are not ugly, but I know how you can get down on yourself...When I got pregnant with our first baby, I weighed 127 pounds and was 5' 8"....When I left the hospital, I was 163 pounds...Thinking back, I have no idea where I thought all that weight would go when I had her...I, too, had to get new clothes...But, gradually the weight came off...Not as much as I wanted, but I caught back up with our second child within two years...This time I kept it where it should be...

Just diet slowly and be happy...Exercise and learn from your mistake for your second trip...Take care and enjoy that new little guy...Take care...
