Hi everyone. Please know that there is hope and that these symptoms are easily explainable - I know because I was once in the same shape you are and have finally got my life back now!

Bottom line, these are CLASSIC symptoms of overbreathing. NO DOUBT IN MY MIND! Do your own research and you will completely agree with me. Understanding the true physiological reason for these symptoms really helps to relieve the cycle of anxiety and more symptoms.

I would recommend an ebook which really put this into context for me and helped these symptoms go away completely. Google the title Hope and Help for Hyperventilation Syndrome and you should find it easily. So worth it.

Know that you can get well and feel better and that there is hope, God Bless!!

I have the same feelings but I also have ringing in the ears. It all started about the same time last spring. I went thru a lot of personal stuff and am feeling really guilty which may be causing these symptoms. Anyway, I teach once a week and somehow I'm able to pull it together when I work however I feel as though everything could just fall a part at any moment. Xanax has helped but still it doesn't make me feel normal. How are your eyes? I've been wearing reading glasses for a couple of years but my eyesight's getting worse. Could that contribute to the disconnection I'm feeling? I think it's important we compare ALL our sypmtoms, even though you think they may be insignificant.
