For the last couple days my stomach feels full,like I've eaten a lot of food when i barley have eaten anything. The reason why I'm barely eating is because when i do eat my stomach goes into a lot of pain and i end up barfing what i ate up, my stomach also hurts when i walk or cough does anybody know why these things are happening and what i can do too make it better?
