Hello.

What you feel about yourself makes all the difference. There is a universal law, which the present day scientists are also trying to prove through quantum physics, and it says whatever thoughts your carry with you for a long time, become your reality.

So, the first step towards improving the situation would be to change the thoughts you have. You are allowing people and circumstances to judge your worth. And you should not judge how good or bad are you on what people say and what you actually do. You need to start loving yourself for what you are and not for what people see you as.

Take some time off to think what you really like in your life. This is not a very difficult exercise. You should be god at something that you enjoy doing. Try to find out if you can make it the theme of your life. Set some short term and long term goals and start working on them.

Take help of a counselor if you like.

Regards
