I'm 15 years old and even since I can remember I haven't felt safe inside my head. I feel as if everyone knows what I am thinking and I am not able to think certain things because people will know. I thought this si how everyone was, but a couple of months ago I found out I was wrong. I have depression, anxiety, and ADHD but I am not treated for depression or anxiety because I won't tell my parents I have them.

How did you come by a diagnosis of Depression, Anxiety, and/or ADHD without your parents approving? If this is a self-diagnosis or a non-professional "diagnosing" you, I would be skeptical. The main thing is if you need help, get it. Don't live life in pain because you are afraid of what somebody might think. Get help now. I am not a mental health expert, it sounds like you have a significant level of paranoia which is not really addressed in any of the three diagnoses you listed. Do yourself and those you love a favor; get help now.
