feel pressure in rectum

hiii,i'm 30 years old female,,i've developed hemorroids 8 month ago,from nothing just one day i felt a small stinging lump coming out of my anus the day my period was due,,it was a bad attack,it took around a month to heal,i had to take daflon 500 tabs to help,,since then nothing happened,but each period i get this stinging every now and then,,till this recent period started,the hemorroids were back again not that swollen like the first time,but it has been a month now,i'm feeling constant discomfort,i can't sit properly ,and i feel pressure and discomfort from inside at the rectum are as if something is pushing outwards!!!! to add,i've no bleeding with the piles,i feel bloated all the time with a lot of gases and recently i've been diagonsed with chlamydia and currently taking doxycycline tabs,,,,please help,,i'm really worried and depressed
