For the past 4-5 days I will be feeling fine and then suddenly feel like I need to throw up. I do not feel nauseated. When I do, it is a mild sensation high in my digestive system, sometimes in my lower throat without stomach irritation at all. It happens when I have eaten, when my stomach is empty, at different times of the day, standing erect and when I bend over. I am not constipated nor do I have diarrhea. I could not find anything specific to these symptoms in the forum. Thank you.

I feel the exact same way! It's been going on for a week now. It's a lump in my throat, that feels incredibly similar to what it's like when you are about to throw up, but I do not have an upset stomach.
I find it very strange, because there doesn't seem to be a specific trigger... It just happens.

I get that sensation a lot myself. It's that upward-pushing, gaggy feeling you get right when you are about to puke, but no nausea whatsoever. It's really disturbing because you don't know what to do, or why. I am curious myself as to the cause of this. It could just be a transient nerve sensation the body experiences, with know known cause, possibly.
