You wouldn't feel movement from a baby until 18 weeks or so. At 18 weeks pregnant, a test would be positive in seconds.
Dizziness, nausea and fatigue (feeling tired) can be caused by a variety of things besides pregnancy. Pregnancy symptoms are caused by pregnancy hormones, which pregnancy tests detect. If the test was negative, what you're feeling is not caused by pregnancy.
Pregnancy tests are accurate two weeks after sex. Wait a few days and test again - and trust the results.
