feel like I can't get enough sleep?

User Profile
I have been so tired lately. I am 17 and feel like I can't get enough sleep. 905% of the time I am sure to get 8-9 hours of sleep a night. I am the healthiest eater in my family, I don't drink coffe often at all, though I do drink around 5 cups of tea a week. (a variety of white-little caffiene, to black-high caffiene). I should be ready to take on the world, but I feel too tired to move and if I sit down for 20 minutes I'm out. I have also been experiancing 'gurgleling' near my joints, and part of me have been going numb. Whats going on???

Welcome to ehealthforum

Tiredness, fatigue and joint gurgling can be due to various reasons as anemia,Thyroid disorder, hormonal imbalances etc.You require a complete clinical examination and investigations as Thyroid profile and Blood Sugar to rule out the exact cause as the symptoms described are not normal considering your age.
Consider visiting a Physician for examination and evaluation.
