hi i have the same problems.... Yours might be an ulcer. If it is, take whatever prescribed medication your doctor gives, and avoid the following: Spices, Caffeine, and Acid. By acid I mean the acid in tomatos and things like that. Your doctor will tell you. Also try to eat dairy products more often. And bananas actually build up your stomach wall so that is a plus. Limes help as well. I know, it has acid. but citric acid actually helps digestion, which is vital when you have an ulcer. But before you do anything, see a doctor
