yes I could. ALthough I didnt know how much I was dialated. I started feeling my cervix around 27 wks. JUst so I could get a feel of what it felt like before I began labor. I felt it when I was 2-3 cm dialted. It did feel more open than normal so I knew I was doing something. But I never checked it again..not that I remember at least
