Hi, My daughter is 2 months and 2 days old today and she is fully formula fed. She is sleeping well at nights and naps during daytime too -- totally for about 17 hours in a 24 hour span. While she is awake, she coos and recognises faces, smiles and "works out" in her play gym. She takes in around 28 to 32 o.z of formula per day. Feeds every 4 to 5 ounce every 3 hours from 12noon to 9pm. Once she is off to bed for the night, she wakes up for milk only after 6 hours and takes in 4-5 ounce around 3AM. But her intake of milk is only 3 ounce for the next 2 feeds in the mornings - 6AM and 9AM. My question is -- is it OK if my daughter has this feeding/sleeping pattern?

It is perfectly fine. Your baby will let you know if she is hungry or not and she will feed until she is full. If she is still filling 5-8 diapers of pee each day, then her input/output ratio is fine. She seems to be active and healthy to me, but if you are concerned, a quick call to the pediatrician may soothe your worries!
